Technical Support

Please clear your browser’s cache & history, reset your browser, and attempt to stream the scene again.

Using Chrome:

  1. Open Chrome > located on the top right corner > click on three (3) vertical dots
  2. The drop down menu will appear > scroll down and click on “Settings”
  3. When the next page open, scroll down again and look for “Show advanced settings” link
    Note: If there is no “Show advanced settings” link > Go to step 4
  4. Click on the button label “Content Settings”
  5. A new box will appear, go ahead and scroll down to the “Flash” section and set the radio to “Allow site to run flash”
  6. Click the done button locate on the bottom corner of the box to save your settings
  7. Closed down Chrome and relaunch
  8. Please log into your account again and try to play the scene.

Using Fire-Fox

  1. Open Mozilla > located on the top right corner > click on the three (3) horizontal lines.
  2. The drop down menu will appear > Scroll down and click on the “Add-Ons”
  3. When the next page open > located on the left side of the page> click on “Plugins”
  4. Scroll down the middle of the page and look for “Shockwave Flash” and make sure set option to “Always activate”
  5. Closed down Mozilla and relaunch
  6. Please log into your account again and try to play the scene.

iPhone/ iPad

  1. Go to Settings > Safari
  2. Scroll down and tap Clear Cookies and Data.
  3. Tap Clear Cookies and Data to confirm.

Android

  1. Open browser
  2. Hit menu button
  3. Go to settings
  4. Go to privacy (if older Android – Privacy and Security)
  5. Select “Delete Personal Data” (if older Android – once P and S selected, pick and choose to clear history, cookies, cache, and saved passwords)
  6. Pick and choose to clear history, cookies, cache and saved passwords
